Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, January 5, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.
Continuances and/or Other Business items are typically discussed between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances may be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
Other Business including but not limited to:
1. Minutes of November 3, November 17 and December 1 Meetings
2. Discussion of Commission projects and potential training opportunities and potential schedule for Winter/Spring 2012
3. Other
New Hearings:
7:30 P.M. – Paul Denisevich, 9 Independence Court, Main Street Historic District, Install new signage, lighting, and A/C condensers; and Amend the previous approval for the design of the accessible ramps
7:40 P.M. – Charmaine Gahan, 45 Lang Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, Amend approval of front porch, dormer, and replacement windows/doors; and Install a new bay window and paint colors
