Notice is hereby given that the Historic Districts Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 6, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. in the First Floor Meeting Room, 141 Keyes Road, Concord, Massachusetts.

Continuances are typically heard between 7:00pm – 7:30pm. Scheduled hearings begin at 7:30pm. At 7:30pm, unresolved continuances will be tabled until after all scheduled hearings conclude. This practice may be altered by the Chair at his/her discretion. Public Hearings will start no earlier than the posted time.
Continued Hearing:
- Patrick Gahan, 45 Lang Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, add front porch and dormer over garage; and replace/add windows and doors.
New Hearings:
- 7:30 P.M. – Joseph Johnson, 520 Lexington Road, American Mile Historic District, fencing.
- 7:35 P.M. – Verizon, 111 Walden Street, Main Street Historic District, a/c unit and screening.
- 7:40 P.M. – Middlesex Savings Bank, 64 Main Street, Main Street Historic District, replacement of front door, ATM door and parapet balusters; lighting; and extension of main door landing.
- 7:45 P.M. – George Stewart, 170 Barretts Mill Road, Barrett Farm Historic District, replace two windows and remove rear chimney.
- 7:50 P.M. – Scott Randall, 363 Barretts Mill Road, Barrett Farm Historic District, shed alterations, stone wall, fencing.
- 7:55 P.M. – Paul Denisevich, 9 Independence Court, Main Street Historic District, accessible ramps, windows, doors, chimney removal, awnings, pediment removal, paint color, fencing, lighting and signage.
- 8:00 P.M. – Patrick Gahan, 45 Lang Street, Monument Square/North Bridge Historic District, paint, lighting, solar panels and retaining wall.
