Kids’ Clay Adventures: 3-D Story Bookends at Barefoot Books

Artist and ceramicist, Sarah Brow-Hill, lends her 15+ years of experience in clay sculpting and hand-building, plus her deep understanding and appreciation of the impact of ceramics on various cultures throughout the world to create some truly fun workshops for children this month. All workshops are 90 minutes (3-D Bookends is 2 hours), and cost $25/child ($30/child for 3-D Story Bookends on 8/29), which includes all materials, paint, glazing, 2 firings and finishing work.

Children (age 7+) will love creating personalized bookends that depict their favorite 3-D scenes, using slab rolling, hand forming, cut out decorations and embossing.
