Notice of Intent Application for Save Our Heritage, 449 Barretts Mill Road, DEP File #137-1109.  Replacing a 6-inch pipe with a new 12 inch pipe and installing four drain manholes for maintenance purposes to a drainage system; reshaping drainage ditch side slopes; and associated work area in the 200 foot Riverfront Area of the Assabet River and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for Concord Public Works-Engineering, approximately 1000 feet Southwest of Sudbury Road on Fitchburg Turnpike, DEP File #137-1125

The project consists of emergency repairs under an Emergency Certification for the installation of sandbag cofferdams, associated dewatering and sedimentation basin installation, replacement of the existing 24-inch clay pipe with a 30-inch reinforced concrete pipe, maintaining the existing slope and invert as the existing culvert, and replacing the existing headwalls in Bank of an intermittent stream, Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for Besas, 195 Commonwealth Avenue, DEP File #137-1121.   The project consists of removing the existing 9.5-foot by 15-foot deck and constructing a 6-foot by 15-foot addition on sonotube footings with a 6-foot by 15-foot cantilevered deck to the rear of the existing single-family dwelling, installation of a recharge system and loaming and seeding in Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of Nashoba Brook, and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for Granahan, 1385 Old Marlborough Road, DEP File #137-****  The project consists of constructing three additions to an existing single-family dwelling in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and Bank of an intermittent stream.

The project consists of replacing a failed septic system with a new tank and Cultec leach field, repairing the existing common gravel parking area and loaming and seeding the disturbed lawn area in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 200-foot Riverfront Area of Kennedy’s Pond.
