Notice of Intent Application for Save Our Heritage, 449 Barretts Mill Road, DEP File #137-1109.  Replacing a 6-inch pipe with a new 12 inch pipe and installing four drain manholes for maintenance purposes to a drainage system; reshaping drainage ditch side slopes; and associated work area in the 200 foot Riverfront Area of the Assabet River and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

 

Notice of Intent Application for Pemberwick Holdings LLC, 455 ORNAC, DEP File #137-1124.

The project consists of after-the-fact tree removal, removal of three brush piles of previously cut vegetation, treatment and restoration of disturbed wetland resource areas, invasives species removal, and replanting in Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of the Sudbury River, and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank and Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

The project involves removing existing concrete walkways, one set of concrete steps and railroad tie edging; removing an existing brick patio and replacing with a subsurface drywell and peastone patio; installing a natural stepping stone pathway to White Pond; and planting trees, shrubs, and perennials in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

 

Notice of Intent Application for Concord Country Club, 246 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, DEP File #137-1132.

The project involves the after-the-fact removal of ½ acre of trees and shrubs, installing a split rail fence along the upland side of the 100-foot buffer zone and vernal pool habitat adjacent to where tree and shrub removal occurred at the western side of Browns Pond; installing restriction signs posted every 100 feet along the split rail fence; and invasives species management in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and vernal pool habitat associated with Browns Pond (a certified vernal pool).

 

Notice of Intent Application for Mark Carbeau, 35 Macone Farm Lane, DEP File #137-1119.  Relocating plantings, installing a boulder wall, regrading, and installing a vegetable garden area, portions of which work are in Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for CPW-Engineering, 55A Walden Street, DEP File #137-****.  The project consists of replacement of the existing 15-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) at the outlet of Fairyland Pond with a 30-inch RCP, removal of the 12-inch temporary pipe, reconstruction of the field stone headwall and installation of an outlet control structure within Bank, Land Under Waterbodies, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of an unnamed brook, and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank and Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability for Arthur Rogers, 65 College Road, RDA #11-08.

The project consists of removing an existing railroad tie retaining wall and installing a new forty-four foot modular blockstone wall in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

 

Request for Determination of Applicability for Thomas and Linda Norton, 189 & 191 Conant Street, RDA #11-09.

The project consists of installing a driveway and a concrete block retaining wall for 189 Conant Street, 100 square feet of which is in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

 

Notice of Intent Application for Christopher and Kathleen Sweeney, 211 Lindsay Pond Road, DEP File #137-1136.

The project consists of removing eighteen eastern white pine trees and replanting the area with three fruit and/or hardwood trees and wildflowers, in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bank of a man-made pond.

The project consists of constructing a detached garage with living space above; installing two bluestone walkways; removing an existing circular turnaround and installing an extended driveway with turnout for the new garage; and installing a soil absorption system in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
