The project consists of installing, developing, and testing a satellite production well at the Deaconess Well site and redeveloping the existing Deaconess Well; portions of which work is in Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, the 200-foot Riverfront Area of Bank of Dugan Brook, and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for Nile Ziemba of North River Builders, Inc., 1373-4, 1373-2, 139A and 1437-5 Monument Street, DEP File #137-1149

The project consists of installing four four-inch conduits in a new utility trench within an existing amended utility easement located in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for Save Our Heritage, 448 and 449 Barretts Mill Road, DEP File #137-1109

Installing french drains and replacing a 6-inch crushed pipe at 448 Barretts Mill Road; replacing an existing 6-inch pipe with a 12-inch pipe under Barretts Mill Road; replacing an existing pipe; installing an 18-inch pipe within a proposed drain easement at 449 Barretts Mill Road; installing six drain manholes for maintenance purposes to a drainage system; reshaping drainage ditch side slopes; and associated work area in the 200-foot Riverfront Area of the Assabet River and the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

The project consists of a sanitary sewer re-alignment at Concord-Carlisle High School; removing and realigning a portion of the sidewalk; and filling and regrading, portions of which are located in the 100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.

Notice of Intent Application for Concord Academy, 15A, 16A and 153 Fairhaven Road, DEP File #137-1143

The project consists of redeveloping the property to convert it to a seasonal athletic campus including demolishing and removing all existing buildings and foundations with associated regrading; installing a primary driveway and parking area off Fairhaven Road; installing a pump house; connecting an irrigation line to the existing 15-inch pipe, constructing a maintenance building; installing turf multi_purpose fields and a baseball field; and constructing a parking area off Adin Drive; portions of which work is located in the100-foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands; constructing a new outfall and removing a 6.5-foot by 12-inch culvert in Bank and Land Under Waterbodies and Waterways of an irrigation pond and Bank of an intermittent stream.
