Please join our April Open Circle at the Women's Well!
This month, our theme is Breathlessness and the Breath.
We live in a fast paced society, moving so rapidly that we often forget to breathe in a conscious manner.
Come, join us and BREATHE!
We will share some readings about the breath, practice several breathing meditations, and experience a Chakra Healing Meditation.

OPEN CIRCLES AT THE WOMEN'S WELL
All women are welcome at the Well's monthly Open Circle. This circle, which meets on the second Wednesday of each month, offers an opportunity to sit in sacred space together and gently attune to the time of year and to our inner selves. In circle, we share stories, inviting our true voices to speak and be heard. We make connections with each other, with our inmost thoughts and feelings, and with the seasonal cycles of the Earth.
