7:00 p.m.       Public Hearing: on the application of Dekkers L. Davidson for a two lot Definitive Subdivision of land at 80 Squaw Sachem Trail (Parcel 1739).

7:15 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Paul Mahoney on behalf of 143 Sudbury Road LLC, for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.7.2.12, 7.7.3.4, 7.7.3.6, 7.7.3.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for relief from parking requirements and to modify the existing gas station at 143 Sudbury Road.

7:30 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re:  Application of Jeffrey D. Klinger on behalf of Dance Prism, for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.7.2.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for relief from parking requirements and to change, extend or alter an existing non-conforming use and structure at 1237 Main Street.

3.      West Concord Advisory Committee – Choose Planning Board member as liaison to Committee, schedule introductory meeting

7:00 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals  and Site Plan Review re: Application of Martin Cohen of C. Davis Associates on behalf of Sprint Spectrum L.P. for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval under Sections 7.8, 11.6 and 11.8 for modifications to a wireless communications facility at 200 Baker Avenue.   

7:15 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re:  Application of Henry J. Dane, on behalf of David Anderson, for an Amendment to a Special Permit, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.7.2.12, 7.7.3.6 and 11.6, to change or substantially extend a nonconforming use, and to allow for an additional 18 indoor seats and 16 outdoor seats, small car spaces and relief from parking requirements at 42 Main Street.

7:45 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Paul Denisevich for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.4, 7.2, 7.7.2.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for lighting, for relief from parking requirements, to change or substantially extend a non-conforming use and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 9 Independence Court (Parcel 0837), Lot 2X Main Street (Parcel 0838), 17 Main Street (Parcel 0841), 7 aka 1 Main Street (Parcel 0842-1), 7-2 Main Street (Parcel 0842-2), 7-3 Main Street (Parcel 0842-3), and 7-4 Main Street (Parcel 0842-4).
