7:00 p.m. Public Hearing: on the application of Dekkers L. Davidson for a two lot Definitive Subdivision of land at 80 Squaw Sachem Trail (Parcel 1739).
7:15 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Paul Mahoney on behalf of 143 Sudbury Road LLC, for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.7.2.12, 7.7.3.4, 7.7.3.6, 7.7.3.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for relief from parking requirements and to modify the existing gas station at 143 Sudbury Road.
7:30 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Jeffrey D. Klinger on behalf of Dance Prism, for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.7.2.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for relief from parking requirements and to change, extend or alter an existing non-conforming use and structure at 1237 Main Street.

7:15 p.m. Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Henry J.
