7:00 p.m.       Continued Public Hearing: on the application of Dekkers L. Davidson for a two lot Definitive Subdivision of land at 80 Squaw Sachem Trail (Parcel 1739).

 

7:15 p.m.       Consideration of Site Plan Review Application of David Platt, on behalf of the Fenn School, under Section 11.8 of the Zoning Bylaw, to construct a new library and science center at the Fenn           School, 516 Monument Street.

 

7:30 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re:  Application of Todd Hixon, for an Amendment to a Special Permit for a Planned Residential Development, under Sections 10 and 11.6 of the                    Zoning Bylaw, to allow construction of a room over the garage and a stairway connection to the first floor at 73 Wayside Road.

On Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., the Planning Board will hold a public hearing in the Hearing Room at the Town House located at 22 Monument Square, pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 5, concerning amendments to the Concord Zoning Bylaw proposed under Articles 34 and 40-43 in the warrant for the 2012 Annual Town Meeting.
