7:00 p.m.       Kick-off and Introduction Meeting with the West Concord Advisory Committee

7:30 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals and Site Plan Review re: Application of Sprint Spectrum, L.P. for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.8, 11.6 and 11.8, for modifications to a wireless communications facility at 200 Baker Avenue.

7:45 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re:  Application of Henry J. Dane, on behalf of David Anderson, for an Amendment to a Special Permit, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.7.2.12, 7.7.3.6 and 11.6, to change or substantially extend a nonconforming use, and to allow for an additional 18 indoor seats and 16 outdoor seats, small car spaces and relief from parking requirements at 42 Main Street.

8:00 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Paul Denisevich for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval, under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.4, 7.2, 7.7.2.12, 11.6 and 11.8, for lighting, for relief from parking requirements, to change or substantially extend a non-conforming use and to reconstruct, extend, alter or change a non-conforming structure in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 9 Independence Court (Parcel 0837), Lot 2X Main Street (Parcel 0838), 17 Main Street (Parcel 0841), 7 aka 1 Main Street (Parcel 0842-1), 7-2 Main Street (Parcel 0842-2), 7-3 Main Street (Parcel 0842-3), and 7-4 Main Street (Parcel 0842-4).

1.      Consideration of an Approval Not Required Plan, land of Concord Academy at 153 Fairhaven Road, 15A Fairhaven Road, 16A Fairhaven Road.
