7:00 p.m.       Site Plan Review re:  Application of Don Kingman, Director of Operations, on behalf of Concord Academy, to redevelop 15A, 16A, and 153 Fairhaven Road (Parcels 0408-1, & 0409-1-1, 0408) as a seasonal athletic campus for Concord Academy.  

7:20 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Concord Lumber Corporation for a Special Permit under Sections 7.1.3, 7.1.7, 7.1.2, 7.2, and 11.6 of the Concord Zoning Bylaw to reconstruct, extend & alter a portion of an existing nonconforming structure located partially in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 126 Lowell Road.  

7:30 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Paul Denisevich for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval under Sections 7.1.2, 7.1.3, 7.1.4, 7.2, 7.7.2.12, 11.6, and 11.8 of the Concord Zoning Bylaw for lighting and relief from parking requirements to allow for a 45-seat restaurant in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 9 Independence Court.  Requested letter of support for increased sewer capacity.

7:40 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Normandy Concord Acquisition, LLC under Sections 7.2, 7.7, 7.7.2.4, 7.7.3, 7.7.3.6, 11.6, and 11.8 of the Concord Zoning Bylaw to amend an existing Special Permit to allow a change of use to general office, warehouse, medical center and laboratory, and professional office in the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 300 and 310 Baker Avenue.

7:50 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re: Application of Save Our Heritage under Sections 6.3.3 and 11.6 of the Concord Zoning Bylaw to amend an existing Special Permit to allow an additional house lot at 440 and 448 Barretts Mill Road.
