7:00 p.m.       Continued Public Hearing: on the application of Dekkers L. Davidson for a two lot Definitive Subdivision of land at 80 Squaw Sachem Trail (Parcel 1739).

 

7:30 p.m.       Recommendation to the Board of Appeals re:  Application of Marc & Rebecca Caruso for a Special Permit, under Sections 7.1.5, 7.2 and 11.6 of the Zoning Bylaw, for work within the Flood Plain Conservancy District at 76 Hawthorne Lane.   

 

Also to be discussed:

1.      Consideration of an Approval Not Required Plan, land of Davidson at 80 Squaw Sachem Trail.

2.      Consideration of an Approval Not Required Plan, land of Brett Concord Nominee Realty Trust at 445 Lowell Road and 41A Lowell Road.

3.      Review Draft Motions for Zoning Bylaw amendment articles on Annual Town Meeting Warrant.  

4.      Review proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment submitted by petition for consideration at the Special Town Meeting; Planning Board Public Hearing on this article is scheduled for April 10th at the Town       House.   

5.      Upcoming Planning Board vacancies and potential nominee(s)   

6.      Minutes: February 8, February 28, & March 7, 2012
