Notice of Public Hearing

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to M. G. L. Ch. 40A, Sections 9 and 11 and the Concord Zoning Bylaw Sections 5.3.18 and 11.6, to consider the application of Save Our Heritage to amend a Special Permit issued by the Planning Board on July 1, 2004 to allow a common driveway to serve three lots at 440 & 448 Barretts Mill Road rather than two lots as initially permitted.

The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Hearing Room (2nd floor) at the Town House, 22 Monument Square.  The plan and supporting documentation are available for review in the Planning Division office at the Dept. of Planning & Land Management, 141 Keyes Road, during business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
