In these workshops you will learn basic Qigong principles and practices that help us to feel more relaxed, present, conscious, alive and energized. Topics include posture and alignment, releasing stress and tension, rooting, fluid motion and continuity, learning to lengthen and coil soft tissues, pulsing, breathing, energy circulation, and whole body integration. We will work alone, with partners, and as a circle.
The Qigong principles and movements learned in these workshops help decrease stress, relax the nerves and muscles, strengthen internal alignments, improve flexibility and balance, boost energy levels, and increase Qi and fluid circulation. These workshops can be taken separately or as a series, as each session will have a slightly different focus.

Melinda Franceschini, D.V.M., Ph.D., dipl. ABT, combines her training and experience in eastern healing arts, embodied and nature-based spirituality, psychic development, medicine and science with a deep connection to Spirit and love of the Earth. She has many years of experience teaching embodied energetic and spiritual practices in weekly classes, workshops and private sessions.
