Let Dad take the afternoon off (or bring him for some fun) and join Red Yarn: Puppet Bard (aka Portland musician, puppeteer, and storyteller, Andy Furgeson) for a musical puppet show sure to engage children and adults alike! Red Yarn will lead audiences into the Deep Woods, the magical forest inhabited by characters from American folksongs and folktales. Follow Bob Rabbit (the folk singing grandson of Br'er Rabbit) and his pals Rocky Raccoon and Mr. Possum as they bumble their way into trouble and trick their way out. Weaving together classic songs like "Froggie Went A'Courtin'", "Mr. Rabbit" and "Raccoon's Got a Bushy Tail" with traditional and original narratives, Red Yarn enlivens our national folk heritage for a younger generation. All Ages. $5 per person ($15 family max.)
