Senate Candidates Public Address

The Democratic Town Committee will meet Thursday, March 15, in the Clocktower Room of the , Church St., West Concord. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for social time. 

Retiring Senator Susan Fargo will speak at 7. Following Senator Fargo's talk the candidates for the Third Middlesex Area senatorial seat being vacated by Senator Fargo will introduce themselves.  The  announced candidates for this seat are Mike Barrett, Alex Buck, Mara Dolan and Joe Mullin.  The primary election in which Democratic voters will chose a candidate for the general election is in September.   

At this meeting the candidates will have 10 minutes to explain their goals and expectations for the position.   

After all candidates have spoken the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions.  

This is not a debate but an opportunity to get to know the candidates. All people who share the goals of the Democratic party are welcome.   

Parking in the Harvey Wheeler lot will be tight because of a meeting being held in the larger Harvey Wheeler meeting room.  Parking is available along Route 62 and steps lead from Route 62 to the Harvey Wheeler parking lot.
