Mind, Body & Spirit during Lent at Trinity Episcopal Church
Join our Lenten program on mind, body, and spirit on Wednesdays through April 10.

Trinity Episcopal Church, 81 Elm Street in Concord, invites you to take part in its Mind, Body, Spirit program during the 5 weeks of Lent, a season of renewal and encouragement in our community. These three aspects of our Lenten journey are explored each Wednesday through April 10.
BODY: Pilates classes at 11 am in the Transept Classrooms.
Welcome the Spring with new core strength! Jill Falvey and Susan Hirshan are professional Stott-certified Pilates® instructors who will lead two classes as part of Trinity’s MIND BODY SPIRIT series: Jill’s class will exercise on the floor and Susan’s class will exercise from a chair. These two separate, one-hour classes are appropriate for men and women. Please bring a refillable water bottle (and a mat if you choose the mat class). $15 drop-in fee. Register here.
SPIRIT: Daily Prayer at 9 am, 12 noon and 4 pm in Trinity's historic Chapel.
Our Episcopal tradition, through the Book of Common Prayer, provides for daily services: Morning Prayer, Noonday Prayer and Evening Prayer. Led by Trinity’s rector, The Rev. Nancy J. Hagner, as well as Trinity staff, our prayers join in the stream of people throughout the world and throughout history who seek the One God who created us and sustains us through all things. These 15-30 minute services are provided for ALL who wish to explore this ancient Anglican tradition.

MIND. Walking the Way of Love — 12:15 pm in Trinity's library.
God’s message to us in Jesus is that earthly love can be transformed — revealed, redeemed, made holy and true — in the radiant light of divine love. This Lent you are invited to contemplate with companions, how that love is deep at work within the changes and chances of your life — and our common life. Together, we’ll explore a variety of prayer practices, imaginative reading of scripture texts, and shared conversations, led by The Rev. Dr. Maureen Kemeza, Priest Associate. These FREE one-hour discussions include soup & bread for ALL who attend. Each session is a stand-alone discussion.
