"It is our continuing effort at Transportation to look at and test out alternative fuel efficient and clean burning energy buses. Our mission is to provide the safest and most energy efficient transportation for our students."
Two demonstrations will be held Thursday morning, the first taking place at from 8-8:45 a.m., featuring a presentation from the Earth Care Club.
The second event will be at the Transportation Department bus yard behind from 9:15-11 a.m., featuring demonstrations with drivers, administration staff and mechanics. Bus rides will also be available, and coffee and donuts will be served.
Both demonstrations are open to the public, but it is requested that anyone interested in attending RSVP to the Transportation Department at (978)318-1433.
