CONCORD, MA—This has been a busy week for Town Manager Christopher Whelan.
Whelan and his staff have submitted their proposed budget for the 2017 fiscal year. Whelan’s budget calls for a 2.2 percent overall increase from the 2016 fiscal year budget and a 3.8 percent increase in the Town Government budget. Concord’s public school budget will see a 2.2 percent increase.
