2010 Roads Program
The Engineering Division has received bids for the 2010 Roads Program from prospective contractors. The low bidder is Lazaro Paving.
Road work is planned to begin on Mildred Circle, Sarah Way, Nimrod Rd, Sudbury Rd (from Main St to Thoreau St), MacArthur Rd, Ministerial Dr, Tarbell Spring Rd, Hillside Ave, and Old Stow Road in July.
2010 Sidewalk Program
The Engineering Division is developing a separate contract for the proposed sidewalk work during the 2010 construction season. The contract will include both sidewalk extensions and rehabilitations.

The plan includes repairs on Bayberry Road, Deacon Haynes Road, Hill Street, Lapham Road, Ministerial Drive, Upland Road, Sudbury Road, West Street, Loring Road and Anson Road and sidewalk extensions on Powder Mill Road and Lowell Road. A public hearing was scheduled with the Public Works Commission June 9 at 141 Keyes Road to discuss the sidewalk program.
