A Hatchet, 2 Cars and a Pole and Water Balloons

The following are excerpts from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from May 30-31.
Thursday, May 30
- 5:12 p.m. Report of a larceny at the T-Mobile kiosk in the Liberty Tree Mall. Police said a cell phone was stolen.
- 5:42 p.m. Report of a multi-car accident on Route 1 with personal injuries. State police handled the accident.
- 7:06 p.m. Report of suspicious activity at the corner of Liberty and Elliott streets. A caller said someone dropped a hatchet.
Friday, May 31
- 6:44 a.m. Joseph Summit, 37, of Lawrence, was arrested, following a motor vehicle stop on High Street. He was charged on a warrant.
- 9:56 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 114 with personal injuries. Police said there were two cars and a pole involved in the accident.
- 2:19 p.m. Police were called to Market Basket on a report of a dispute over a carriage.
- 4 p.m. Report of a car hit by water balloons on Cabot Road.
