Afternoon of Classical Saxophone Music

The concert is free and open to the public. A reception will follow the concert.

The Peabody Institute Library of Danvers, 15 Sylvan Street, Danvers, will be presenting an Afternoon of Classical Saxophone Music at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22 in the Gordon Room.

The New England Conservatory Saxophone Quartet will be performing excerpts from J.S. Bach’s “The Art of Fugue,” as well as works of Michael Torke, Gabriel Pierne and Alexander Glazunov.

The concert is free and open to the public. Sponsored by the Friends of the Peabody Institute Library, a reception will follow the performance. For more information, please call 978-774-0554.
