• Press Release 30 Local Firefighters Graduate from Firefighting Academy (mass.gov) — Danvers firefighters are among 30 recruits graduating from the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy's intensive 50‑day program, returning home certified as Firefighter I/II and hazmat first responders. The training covered everything from search and rescue to hazardous materials and stress management, strengthening the capabilities of the Danvers Fire Department and its mutual-aid partners.
