DANVERS, MA — A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is set to open in Danvers with a local owner/operator on Thursday.
The restaurant will open at 50 Independence Way with dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, mobile pick-up, third-party delivery, catering and Mobile Thru.
Diamond and his team are inviting the community to a "Moove-In Party" on opening day. Guests of all ages who visit the restaurant wearing cow spots can redeem one free entrée or kid's meal inside the restaurant or in the drive-thru.
The offer is limited to one per person in cow attire, per day, while supplies last.
"I'm excited to bring Chick-fil-A to Danvers and create a place where families, friends and neighbors can gather for great food and time together," said Diamond. "After serving guests across the Boston area for the past several years, I'm looking forward to getting to know the Danvers community and welcoming everyone into our new restaurant."
Diamond is a Massachusetts native who began his career with Chick-fil-A in 2019 through the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program. He previously served as the local Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Northshore Mall and South Station.
Chick-fil-A said the opening will include a $25,000 donation from Chick-fil-A, Inc. to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. Those funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Boston area to support hunger relief efforts.
The company also said the Danvers restaurant will participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits, and that the location is expected to create about 90 jobs.
