Danvers CARES Program To Talk Student Cyberbullying, Social Media Use

The online presentation for parents and caregivers on the social and emotional welfare of students will take place Thursday night.

DANVERS, MA — With concerns only rising over the mental health effects of social media habits, and potential cyberbullying, for students during the three years of the COVID-19 health crisis, Danvers CARES will host a presentation on screen-use and social skills Thursday night.

Nationally recognized cyberbullying expert Dr. Elizabeth Englander will be facilitating the
presentation and answering questions of those in attendance.

This will provide a chance for parents and caregivers to learn more about implementing healthy social media habits for their children.
