Danvers High School Class of 2011: "You Will Be Missed" [PHOTOS]
Parents, family, and friends packed Deering Stadium to witness the commencement ceremonies for the DHS class of 2011 on June 13.
236 graduates from the Class of 2011 were celebrated at yesterday's Commencement Exercises on June 13 at the Dr. Charles F. Deering Stadium at
Superintendent Lisa Dana expressed her congratulations to the Class of 2011, making note that they had "set a high standard for the positive culture at DHS." She commended the class for their past accomplishments, and for their commitment to upholding the mission of Danvers High.
Charles Bramesco and his fellow class officers had audiences laughing with their prepared speech titled "A Blank Canvas Once Again," in which they compared their four years of high school to an artist's creative process. Bramesco concluded their address stating, "life is art."

Chosen by the graduating class, teacher Christopher Hopkins gave a prepared address titled "Thinking From The Heart," where he humorously spoke of the dilemmas of ethical philosophy.
Principal Susan Ambrozavitch spoke to the graduates before the presentation of diplomas, stating, "keep in touch, and you will be missed."
