Danvers Police Collecting Toys For Tots
Danvers police are collecting toys for the annual Marine Toys for Tots campaign at the police station through Dec. 12.
DANVERS, MA — Danvers residents are invited to drop off new unwrapped toys at the police department for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.
A collection box is available 24 hours a day through Dec. 12.
The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation collects donations and toys to help bring a better holiday to the 15 million children in American who are living at or below the poverty line.

Toys for Tots sends 97 percent of donations directly to less-fortunate children with the remaining 3 percent going toward supporting fundraising expenses. No money collected goes toward salaries or manpower costs.
