Danvers Police Go Pink For Breast Cancer Awareness
Many officers will don the pink patches during October.

DANVERS, MA — The Danvers Police Department is thinking pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Many officers will wear special pink Danvers police patches throughout October.
"The Pink Patch Project is an innovative public awareness campaign designed to bring attention to the fight against breast cancer and to support breast cancer research organizations in combating this devastating disease," the Danvers Police Department said.
