On July 14 the Rebecca Nurse Homestead will be commemorating the 320th anniversary of the death of beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Rebecca Nurse. Wrongfully accused and executed for practicing witchcraft on July 19, 1692. All day long our tours of the property will focus more than ever on her life as well as the events leading up to her tragic death.
At 3PM we will have a small ceremony which will include words from the minister of the First Church of Danvers. All are welcome.
Tours will be given on the hour (10-2) and will be our usual price (Adults $7, Seniors $5, Children 6-16 $4).
The ceremony at 3 PM will be free to the public though donations towards the Nurse Homestead are welcome.
