2011 International Yoga Asana Champions- Joseph Encinia &amp; Yukari Miwa will visit Bikram Yoga Danvers on Sunday, October 15. Joseph will teach the 9:30am Bikram's Beginning Yoga class (open to beginners, no experience necessary) and afterwards the champions will do an advanced demonstration. Pre-event sign-up is encouraged at our MindBody site available through our website (top right corner- "Sign Up") Regular class rates apply, the demo is free and open to all.
