Falcons Upset Panthers on Ice, Headed to Div. 2 North Semis on Monday

A goal with 11 seconds to go broke a tie and sent the boys hockey team to the Div. 2 North semifinals on Friday night.

The Falcons avenged two losses to Beverly High School earlier this year, winning when it counted the most on Friday night and advancing in the postseason while leaving the Panthers with only their second loss of the season.

The Falcons play next on Monday at Chelmsford Forum versus No. 1 Concord-Carlisle, who defeated No. 13 Watertown High School on Friday night. Game time Monday is 6 p.m.
