Giving Tuesday: 4 Nonprofits To Support In Beverly
Here are a few ideas for #GivingTuesday.

BEVERLY, MA— Ok, so with all the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals winding down, many folks are starting to look at #GivingTuesday. Since it began in 2012, the Tuesday following Thanksgiving has become a chance to celebrate and support giving and philanthropy throughout the rest of the holiday season. This year #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season on Nov. 28.

- Beverly Bootstraps: Beverly Bootstraps was first established in 1992 as a food pantry in the basement of the First Baptist Church. In recent years it's grown to be a leading social service agency on the North Shore.
- Change Is Simple: Change is Simple's project-based approach has the aim of transforming classrooms into construction zones and ecosystems, and students into engineers and scientists.
- The Trustees Of Reservations (Long Hill): The Trustees of Reservations preserve, for public use and enjoyment, properties of exceptional scenic, historic, and ecological value in Massachusetts, including two the Long Hill estate in Beverly and the Moraine Farm. Your contribution supports our efforts to protect and preserve the landscapes and landmarks.
- Beverly Main Streets: Is a non profit working to attract new businesses to open downtown, manage the Beverly Arts District, partner with the City on infrastructure projects like Rantoul Street and the new Ellis Square and host community events like Arts Fest, block parties, Downtown Trick or Treat and Beverly’s New Year.
