Honda North Funds New Scholarship at North Shore Community College
Honda North of Danvers partnered with North Shore Community College for a scholarship benefiting students enrolled in the college's business administration program.

of Danvers recently partnered with , funding a new scholarship to benefit students enrolled in the college's business administration program.
“Honda North is proud to contribute to the North Shore Community College Scholarship program,” said Richard Collins, general manager of Honda North in a press release. “Higher education plays an important role in a young adult’s life, giving them the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. It’s rewarding to be a part of a community that shares those values and makes education accessible to everyone.”
According to Tatiana Burgos-Espinal, director of Development at the NSCC Foundation, the $750 scholarship was awarded to a Dean's Honors List student in May. One student will receive the scholarship every year.
The NSCC Foundation currently administers more than 100 named scholarship funds and grants. Financial awards range from $750 to $1500 and are made possible by the generosity of individuals, organizations, and businesses, according to the press release.
