ID Of Women Who Fought On Route 128 Revealed In Court Papers
Massachusetts State Police had not publicly released the names of the women, who fought on Route 128 in Danvers on March 29.
DANVERS, MA — The two women caught fighting on a video on Route 128 in Danvers on March 29 are Catherine A. Bergen, 33, of Gloucester, and Susan Lavoie, 64, of Beverly, according to court documents. Massachusetts State Police did not release the identities of the two women when they announced they had been charged as a result of the incident.
Bergen assault and battery on a person over 60 causing injury, driving recklessly to endanger, assault, disorderly conduct, and stopping/parking on a state highway. While State Police said last week Lavoie had been charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct, the Salem News is reporting those charges may not be filed pending the outcome of a clerk magistrate's hearing.
