6 Danvers Runners Finish Marathon Before Bombing Stops Race
Among the 13 Danvers runners scheduled to compete in the Boston Marathon, six finished the race before the bombing cancelled the run.
It started as any other Marathon Monday, but ended with tragedy as two explosions were set off near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
Below is a list of all 13 registered runners from Danvers, according to the Boston Athletic Association web site. Only six of those runners finished the course before the race was cancelled.
