Man to be Charged with Lewdness After Incident at Savers

Tuesday, March 12
- A well-being check was requested for a female who cut herself at a Garden Street address at 10:15 p.m. The call was unfounded.

- A request to assist with a dog at 14 Strawberry Hill Road at 1:58 a.m. was cancelled.
- A notification was made about the lights being on flash at Andover Street and Palmer Avenue at 2:30 a.m.
- A motor vehicle stop was made at Elliott and Liberty streets at 3:01 a.m. A report was filed.
- The State Police were assisted with an arrest at 20 Jacobs Ave. at about 6 a.m.
- A report of a suspicous person at 5 Naumkeag at 7:49 a.m. was unfounded.
- A two-car accident with no injuries occured at Essex Agrocultural High School at 8 a.m. An accident report was filed.
- A suspicous man in his 70s who had past issues returned to Savers at 10:02 a.m. The man was issued a summons to appear in court on two counts of open and gross lewdness.
- Danvers police again assisted other agencies at 20 Jacobs Ave. at 11 a.m.
- A well-being check was conducted at 99 Restaurant at 1:01 p.m.
- A wallet was recovered at Peabody Institute Library at 1:12 p.m.
