Police Arrest 4 for OUI and Man Urinating in Motel Parking Lot
The following information was provided by the Danvers Police Department. Where charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The following are excerpts from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from May 16-17.
Thursday, May 16
- 9:58 p.m. Lesa M. Deleon, 44, of 46 Courtney Dr., Beverly, was arrested, following a motor vehicle accident on High Street. Police said Deleon's car was damaged after striking a wooden fence in front of Merchants Liquor Mart. There were no injuries and she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense).
- 11:05 p.m. Adam Meinhardt, 31, of American Fork, Utah, was arrested after leading police on a brief chase down Route 114 and onto Route 1. He was charged with driving under the influence (first offense), failure to stop for police, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a vehicle, speeding, a marked lanes violation and improper turning. Friday, May 17
- 2:40 a.m. Officer John Melto, while on patrol in the Motel 6 parking lot, reported he saw a male urinating out in the lot. That man -- Antone Morris, 26, of 18 Tower Ave., Lynn -- was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a woman who was discovered nearby inside a car was also arrested. Kirsten O'Keefe, 24, of 39 Alison Way, Lynn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. It was unclear from the report if the pair were guests at the motel or just making a stop.
- 4:33 a.m. Lisa Stevens, 54, of 96 Newbury St., Danvers, was arrested, following a report of an intoxicated person driving a car. Police were dispatched to the mobile home park on a report of an argument between two people, one of whom wanted to drive despite being intoxicated. Police said Stevens did drive off, but then returned to the scene and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked registration and in an uninsured vehicle.
- 7:18 a.m. Marc Robinson, 45, of 58 Essex St., Beverly, was arrested, following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Poplar and Trask streets. He was charged on an active warrant out of Lawrence District Court for failure to attend jury duty. Police said the warrant was issued April 18.
- 11:34 a.m. Nicholas Meserve, 20, of 18 Buxton Rd., Danvers, was arrested, following a report of suspicious activity at the Liberty Tree Mall. Police said mall security reported there was a person acting suspiciously inside the mall who then took off running toward the bus stop. Officers apprehended Meserve and charged him with disorderly conduct, on a warrant out of Salem District Court and underage possession of alcohol after discovering beer in a backpack he was carrying.
- 10:10 p.m. Police received a complaint of kids doing push-ups in the road out in front of Pier 1 Imports. An officer said the complaint was unfounded.
- 10:38 p.m. David Todisco, 31, of 59 Wordsworth St., East Boston, was arrested, following a report of a domestic incident at the Extended Stay Hotel. He was charged on a warrant out of Peabody District Court.
