Police: Beverly Man Peed On Other Driver's Car After Crash
Jonathan Sanchez, 43, was also charged with his fourth DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

DANVERS, MA -- When a Beverly man with a history of drunken driving got in a crash in Danvers on Aug. 26, his first instinct was to ask the other driver not to call police, because he did not have a driver's license. While that reaction may not be ethical, it was not entirely unexpected. But what police say Jonathan Sanchez did next was completely unexpected.
According to an indictment handed down Monday, Sanchez unzipped his pants and urinated on the damaged bumper of the other driver's car. He then got back into his car and drove away. When Beverly Police caught up with him later at his home, he denied he was the driver involved in the accident and used homophobic slurs against the responding officers. He also told them to "go [expletive deleted] yourself."
Sanchez, 43, of 402 Manor Road in Beverly, was indicted on charges of OUI - Liquor (fourth offense), indecent exposure and leaving the scene of an accident. Court records show he was found guilty of drunken driving in Salem District Court last year and has two prior drunken driving convictions in New York state.
