Police Called for Person Filming Movie at Theater

The following are excerpts from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from April 19-21.

Friday, April 19

  • 5:12 p.m. Report of a patron filming a movie at the AMC Loews Theatre. A court summons was issued, but no further details were available.
  • 7:10 p.m. Police received a report of threats made at Claire's Boutique at the mall.
  • 8:31 p.m. Report of an intoxicated person in a black Toyota Camry at Holten-Richmond Middle School. No further details were available.

Saturday, April 20

  • 2:33 a.m. Report of an intoxicated person walking in the road on Route 1. Police transported one person from the scene.
  • 8:24 a.m. Report of a larceny at the Liberty Tree Mall. A cell phone was stolen.
  • 8:33 a.m. Report of a car break-in at the Marriott Towneplace Suites. Police said the driver's side window was smashed.
  • 11:21 a.m. Report of an assault at Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation. Police said there was an altercation between two employees and the incident is under investigation.
  • 12:06 p.m. Anthony Holland, 24, of 61 Vine St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant, following a report of a domestic dispute between a male and a female on Centre Street. No further details were available.
  • 4:23 p.m. Report of a male urinating at the Verizon garage on Ash Street, but police didn't find anyone at the scene.
  • 5:36 p.m. Report of suspicious activity at Lord's & Lady's Hair Salons at the mall that involved "groping." No further details were available.

Sunday, April 21

  • 1:33 a.m. Amanda Jensen, 25, of 14-1/2 Jacobs St., Peabody, was arrested on a warrant, following a motor vehicle stop on Water Street.
  • 10:48 a.m. Report of a larceny from a motor vehicle at Moore GMC Truck on High Street.
  • 10:54 a.m. Report of credit card fraud at the Comfort Inn on Dayton Street.
  • 11:53 a.m. Report of a shoplifting at the plaza at 301 Newbury St.
