At 3:19 a.m., police arrested Karen Gilbert, 30, 102 Newbury St., Danvers, and charged her on a warrant. Police made the arrest after a well-being check at Cheever and Water streets.
At 6:50 a.m., police arrested Keith Kohler, 61, 138 Pope’s Lane, Danvers, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Poplar Street.
