Police Log: Peabody Man Charged After Walking Into Maple Avenue Residence

At 7:07 p.m., a Trinity Street resident reported a past larceny of more than $250. Police took a report.
At 8:49 p.m., police placed a 61-year-old Swampscott man into protective custody after a report of an intoxicated man at North Shore Community College.

At 2:07 p.m., a Walgreens employee reported a shoplifting. Police took a report.

At 11:19 p.m., police arrested Stacie Anderson, 36, 1 Hemlock St., Danvers, and charged her with domestic assault and battery.
At 2:42 a.m., police arrested Emmanuel Pena, 21, 501 Washington St., Lynn, and charged him with disorderly conduct, Kevin Arias, 20, 176 Eutaw Ave., Lynn, and charged him with trespassing and Kevin Tejeda, 22, 38 Surfside, Lynn, and charged him on a warrant. Police made the arrests after a report of four men disturbing guests at Residence Inn by Marriott.
At 6:42 a.m, a Kirkbride Drive resident reported a car break-in. A navigation system was stolen.
At 10:43 am., police arrested Austin MacDonald, 48, 76 Foster St., Peabody, and charged him with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing after a report of a suspicious man walking into a Maple Avenue house.
At 12:22 p.m., a Kenmore Drive resident reported a car break-in. Police took a report.
At 2:23 p.m., a Walmart employee reported a shoplifting. Police took a report.
At 3:15 p.m., police arrested Jessica Timmons, 35, 2 Pratt Ave., Beverly, and charged her with shoplifting by asportation. Police made the arrest after a report of a shoplifting at Walmart.
