At 7:22 p.m., police arrested James Riordan, 24, 20 Andrews Road, Topsfield, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, a marked lanes violation, negligently operating a motor vehicle and possessing a Class E drug. Police made the arrest after a report of a driver all over the road on Collins Street.

At 5:41 a.m., police arrested Steven Penney, 39, 11 Lyman St., Beverly, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Maple Street.
At 1:45 p.m., police received a call about a stolen wallet on Kirkbride Drive.

At 4:14 p.m., police arrested Starmeka Kelly, 30, 102 Newbury St., Danvers, and charged the person with larceny more than $250. Police made the arrest after the report of someone trying to steal video games at Best Buy.

At 6:15 p.m., police arrested Nathan Morton, 34, 63 East Road, Atkinson, NH, and charged him on a warrant for possessing a Class A drug. Police made the arrest at Liberty Tree Mall.
At 11:57 p.m., police arrested Christina Hinote, 22, 120 North St., Salem, and charged her with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer and a traffic lights violation. Police made the arrest during a traffic stop on Andover Street.
Friday, May 9
At 7:05 a.m., police arrested Tarneisha Reynolds, 31, 152 Endicott St., Danvers, and charged her on a warrant.
At 2:41 p.m., police arrested Jaime Walker, 41, 102 Newbury St., Danvers, and Melissa Perry, 31, 102 Newbury St., Danvers, and Michelle Perry-Alston, 38, 49 Freeland St., Worcester, and charged them with larceny more than $250. Police made the arrests after a report of three shoplifters at Walmart.
