Roxbury Man Arrested After Banging on Hotel Room Doors

The following are excerpts from reports in the Danvers Police Department press log from March 24-25.
Sunday, March 24
- 5:25 p.m. A 31-year-old Malden woman was issued a court summons on a charge of shoplifting. Police said she allegedly stole $20 worth of merchandise at Walmart.
- 6:57 p.m. Police responded to a report of a "car hung up on a curve" on Route 1. No further details were available.
- 6:59 p.m. Report of a wire down on a sidewalk on Endicott Street.
Monday, March 25
- 3:02 a.m. Police received a report of a cat hit on an off-ramp from Route 128 North. No further details were available.
- 4:41 a.m. Anthony Holland, 24, of Roxbury, was arrested, following a report of an unwanted guest at the Extended Stay America on Route 1. He was charged with disturbing the peace. Police said they initially received a call that a guest was banging on the doors of other rooms at the hotel.
- 5:19 a.m. Katelyn Madden, 24, of 352 Rantoul St., Beverly, was arrested, following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Elliott and Liberty streets. She was charged on a warrant from Salem District Court for a motor vehicle violation. Police said she was pulled over because her registration had expired.
- 8:24 a.m. Police received a report of some tires missing from a vehicle at Kelly Infiniti.
- 9:57 a.m. Police received a report of larceny involving a credit card.
- 12:29 p.m. A Lawrence Street resident reported someone fraudulently listed her house for rent on Craigslist.
