'128 Bandit' Charged With Robbing Dedham Bank To Appear In Court
Paul B. Landrum is accused of robbing multiple banks between July and October.

A Boston man accused of robbing multiple banks in communities on Route 128 is set to appear in court.
Paul B. Landrum, dubbed the “Route 128 bandit,” is scheduled to appear in U.S. District Court in Boston Friday at 10:15 a.m. On Wednesday, he was charged with bank robbery.
Authorities say Landrum is responsible for nine bank robberies that took place in Greater Boston. In each case, witnesses described the suspect as a 30-45-year-old light-skinned black or Hispanic male wearing a baseball hat, sunglasses and a long-sleeved collarless shirt. Based on the descriptive similarities at each bank, law enforcement suspected that the same individual was involved in each robbery.
