2nd OUI, Assault, and More: Dedham Police Log

April 24
7:30 p.m. - After police responded to a disturbance, Elizabeth Olivieri, 22, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), operating with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, and operating to endanger.

11:03 p.m. - Police responded to a report of a man inside a vehicle on Route 1 who appeared to not be breathing. After police responded and woke the man up, they leaned that he had a suspended license. A summons was issued.
7:58 p.m. - An assault was reported on Route 1. One person was charged with assault, malicious or wanton defacing or damaging property, and threatens to commit a crime. Two others were charged wit threats to commit a crime.

April 28
10:18 p.m. - During a check of the pathway leading from East Dedham Plaza to Condon Park, Dean Chaisson, 46, was arrested on a warrant.
