Dedham Community House Summer Camp: A Summer Kids Look Forward To Dedham Community House Summer Camp sits in the heart of Dedham and has served local families for more than 100 years. We offer a full-day program for children entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. Each day is active, varied, and fun. Campers stay engaged from start to finish: Daily swim in our outdoor pool Archery Arts and crafts Makerspace projects Science activities Rec room games and indoor play Group games and special events Our staff show up prepared and engaged. They know each camper by name. They create a space where kids feel included, supported, and ready to participate. Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program We offer a free CIT program for students entering 8th and 9th grade. CITs gain real experience working with younger campers: Assist with daily activities Help lead games Act as role models They build skills that matter: Communication Responsibility Teamwork Problem-solving Each CIT receives guidance from experienced staff. NEEDHAM, MA — If you’ve ever watched a performance and wondered what happens just out of sight — the frantic whispers, the misplaced props, the barely-averted disasters — Needham Community Theatre (NCT) is about to pull back the curtain. And what’s behind it is absolutely, gloriously unhinged.
NCT is proud to announce its upcoming production of Noises Off, the classic backstage farce by acclaimed British playwright Michael Frayn, running May 8–16, 2026 at Carleton Auditorium at Newman School, 1155 Central Ave, Needham, MA 02492.
First performed in London’s West End in 1982, Noises Off has earned its place as one of the funniest plays ever written. The show follows a ragtag touring theatre company as they muddle through rehearsals, performances, and the spectacular implosion of their personal lives — all while sardines, bouquets of flowers, and slamming doors threaten to bring the whole production to its knees. It’s a comedy about putting on a comedy, and it delivers laughs at a pace that will leave audiences breathless.
