DEDHAM, MA — A husky puppy was rescued from a sweltering car Monday after its owners left it there while they shopped at Legacy Place, according to Dedham Animal Control.
"Today we responded for a 5-month old husky puppy left inside a parked car while its owners were shopping," animal control posted to social media.

:The interior car temperature was over 100 degrees," the post said, with the poster adding, "Balancing compassion fatigue with intense infuriation is a heavy emotional reality for us, but we will keep championing for these pets for as long as they need us."
