DEDHAM, MA — A fast-casual salad chain has opened its newest Massachusetts location.
Just Salad, known for its salads, wraps, warm bowls, and market plates, opened at 929 Providence Highway in Dedham on May 28. The new location marks the chain's seventh location in the Bay State.
The eatery is marking the opening with several promotions this week, including a giveback day on Wednesday and $5 meal days on Thursday and Friday.
For every in-store purchase on Wednesday, Just Salad will donate $1 to Black Earth Compost, the company says. During the $5 meal days, customers can get a chef-designed salad, wrap, warm bowl or market plate for $5.
“This opening plays a major role in Just Salad’s continued growth to newly serve the Dedham community,” Jen Lally, chief marketing officer at Just Salad, said in a statement.
Lally said the chain, which began in 2006, is known for meals featuring freshly prepared produce, house-made dressings and high-quality ingredients. Today, the eatery has more than 100 locations in seven states.
In Massachusetts, Just Salad operates locations in Boston, Burlington, Cambridge, Needham and Chestnut Hill.
The chain also offers a reusable bowl program that gives guests a free topping with each reuse. Customers can join JS Rewards through the Just Salad app to earn menu items, discounts and monthly freebies.
