• It's easy being green: AmeriCorps-funded students improve Worcester, Attleboro community forests (clarku.edu) — Sixth graders at The Rashi School in Dedham recently learned about biodiversity, soil science, and native plants from Clark University AmeriCorps students working on community forestry projects. Their work also created a dense "pocket forest" in Attleboro and supported restoration at Clark's Hadwen Arboretum in Worcester, giving the students hands-on conservation skills and connecting them with regional environmental organizations.
