'Big Data' Company Moves from Westwood to Dedham Place

RAGE Frameworks moved to a new 15,500 square-foot space in Dedham last month.

RAGE Frameworks, a Big Data company focused on offering Business Process Automation, has moved its location from Westwood to a new 15,500 square-foot spot in Dedham.

The company focuses on providing “enterprise mission critical Business Process Automation and Big Data solutions and products,” according to its website. When it took root in Westwood about seven years ago, RAGE was in its initial growth stages, and company representatives said it has now blossomed into a reputable Big Data company, prompting the move.

The new space, located at 3 Allied Dr. in Dedham, will help RAGE accommodate its expansion and allow for a “natural, collaborative setting,” representatives said. The move was completed by the end of the July.

“With our lease coming up for renewal, we knew it was time to look for a new location that would accommodate our growth,” Rummana Alam, CFO and Head of HR at RAGE, said in a statement. “During the first half of this year, we have nearly doubled our client base. This space is more in alignment with our personality with its open, contemporary concepts. It’s the right space and the right time for us to make this relocation.”

As part of the move, Sean Lynch, Senior Vice President of JLL, represented RAGE Frameworks, while Caleb Hudak, Vice President of Colliers, represented the landlord of Dedham Place.

“JLL is proud to have worked with RAGE Frameworks,” Lynch said in a statement. “This is a very exciting time for the company and we are happy to help support their growth. We found a great space in a great building and they were able to take advantage of a previous tenant’s high-end build out. Dedham Place provides an open work environment for RAGE to continue its upward mobility.”
